International Arbitration Arbitration is one of the methods of settling disputes between two or more persons or parties by reference of the disputes to an independent and impartial person called arbitrator. Arbitrator is a person who is appointed to determine differences and disputes between two or more parties by their mutual consent. Arbitrator gives its opinion without being partial and then tries to patch up between the two parties. International arbitration also allows the same method. अमानत और दयानतदारी आपस के लेन-देन के मामले में जो इखलाकी जौहर मरकजी हैसियत रखता है वह दयानतदारी और अमानत है. इस का मतलब यह है कि इंसान अपने कारोबार में ईमानदार हो और जो जिस का, जितना लिया हो, उस को पूरी इमानदारी से रत्ती-रत्ती दे दे. इसी को अरबी में अमानत कहते हैं ___ ख़यानत को इस तरह बयान किया गया है कि अगर एक का हक़ दूसरे के ज़िम्मे वाजिब हो, उस के अदा करने में ईमानदारी न बरतना ख़यानत. इस के अलावा अगर एक की चीज दूसरे के पास आमानत हो और वह उस में रद्दो-बदल करता है या मांगने पर वापस नहीं करता हो तो वह खुली होई ख़यानत है. हमारे रसूल सल्लललाहू अलैहिवसल्लम को नबूवत से पहले मक्का वालों की तरफ से अमीन का खिताब मिला था. क्योंकि आप स. अपने कारोबार में दयानतदार थे, और जो लोग, जो कुछ आप स. के पास रखवाते थे, वो आप स. ज्यों का त्यों वापिस करते थे. हम ये जान लें कि अमानत का दायरा सिर्फ रूपये-पैसे, जायदाद और माली अशिया ( चीजों) तक महदूद नहीं हैं. जैसा कि आम लोग समझते हैं. बल्कि हर मआली, कानूनी और इखलाकी अमानत तक वसीअ (फैला हुआ) है. अगर किसी की कोई चीज़ आप के पास रखी है, तो उसके माँगने पर या यूँ भी...
